As required by Section 511 of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 (24 CFR 903, Part II), the Hawaii Public Housing Authority has developed in conjunction with the Resident Advisory Board of the Public Housing Agency (PHA) Fiscal Year 2007 U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), residents in federal public housing and tenant-based Section 8 rental assistance, and members of the public of the mission of the HPHA for serving the needs of low-income and very low-income families and our strategy for addressing those needs.  HUD has provided a standard format, which we have completed.
